Check-in begins at 5:00 PM. However, whenever possible, we aim to have apartments ready for occupancy as early as 8:45 AM, which is when our reception opens. Due to various factors beyond our control, we cannot guarantee the exact readiness time for each apartment. Nevertheless, we provide changing rooms with showers, bathrooms, and luggage storage for all guests, both arriving and departing.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Requests for late check-out can be made at the reception the day before, but please note that such requests are unlikely to be granted. For all arriving and departing guests, we provide a changing room equipped with a bathroom, showers, and luggage storage.
To collect your keys, please visit our office located at Carrer de S’Aigua Dolça 65, Es Pujols. You can reach us at +34 871 714 962 or by email at info@viviformentera.com. The Arrecife and Impala apartments are just 50 meters away, so no transportation is needed. For other accommodations, we can arrange key delivery.Our office hours are from 08:45 AM to 10:00 PM, from June to September. In the off-season, we are open on Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.For guests arriving after 10:00 PM, we offer after-hours key collection. Please request this service by email at least one day in advance to arrange the details.

The house, as well as the bed and bathroom linens, are provided clean. The frequency of changes during your stay may vary depending on the accommodation. You can find this information for each option on our website. Please note that the final cleaning is always included in the price.
Additional beds cannot be added beyond the number indicated, which applies to both adults and children sleeping in the bed. However, where indicated, there is an option to add a baby cot for an additional fee

In the Balearic Islands, including Formentera, all tourists over the age of 16 are required to pay a tourist tax. For our accommodations, from May to October, the tax is €2.20 (VAT included) per night up to the eighth night, after which it is reduced by 50%. From November to April, these amounts are halved.
